EUGENIE GERARD COLLEVILLE

Originally from Paris, my passion for gastronomy began with my first role at Ducasse sur Seine, where I refined my approach to contemporary French cuisine. 

My journey then took me to Kauri Cliffs in New Zealand and London where I had the opportunity of working at the prestigious Dorchester, a three Michelin-starred establishment and Patron London an experience that taught me a great deal about balancing tradition with creativity.

Those experiences broadened my culinary vision, blending precision with creativity.

Then I started to work for UHNWI.

Now based in Chelsea, I work as a private chef, creating bespoke dining experiences for families, private events, renowned brands, and designers. 

I offer my services in London, Paris, South of France and Ski Chalets, with the aim of crafting unique moments where every dish tells a story, elevated by exceptional ingredients and meticulous attention to detail.
